We have the same ...I'm so glad you posted this! We have the same thing going on in our neighborhood, and it has even started including baked dinners (meatballs, lasagna, etc.) Someone is making this in their home, and delivering to neighbors. It's just so wrong! I bake under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which only covers baked goods that don't require refrigeration.
