Now if that wasn't great enough, if YOU comment on my blog and I am chosen as the winner, then you could also win $500 worth of Chronicle Books if you are chosen as the lucky commenter!
And if THAT wasn't enough, Chronicle Books will also give $500 to the charity of the winner's choosing. If I win, I would love to donate $500 worth of books to Kids Need to Read, an organization that brings books to underprivileged children throughout the US. $500 worth of Chronicle Books would certainly make a huge impact on their organization and their goals.
So without further ado, here's my list of books that I would pick if I win. Leave me a comment and let me know which book you would like best and you may actually win it too!!
- Miette: Recipes from San Francisco's Most Charming Pastry Shop
- Bird Songs Bible: The Complete, Illustrated Reference for North American Birds
- Bird
- Cake Pops by Bakerella (even though I own this, I would have to get another copy for a friend!)
- Cake Pops: 20 Notecards and Envelopes
- Whoopie Pies: Dozens of Mix 'em, Match 'em, Eat 'em Up Recipes!
- Baking for All Occasions: A Treasury of Recipes for Every Celebration
- Sky High: Irresistible Triple-Layer Cakes
- Tartine
- Wookie Cookies
- Big Vegan: More than 350 Recipes: No Meat/No Dairy, All Delicious
- Plenty: Vibrant Vegetable Recipes from London's Ottolenghi
- Boo: The Life of the World’s Cutest Dog
- Dead Inside: Do Not Enter: Notes from the Zombie Apocalypse (a little something for Chaddy)

ReplyDeleteHello Jen, great book selections. I hope you win so you can do that wonderful donation. By the way, i just got the Miette book and I am very disappointed because is full of errors.
ReplyDeleteKathia - Really.? Now that really is disappointing!! Errors are especially bad in cook books, because most people don't catch it and they wonder why their recipes turn out poorly.
ReplyDeleteGreat list! You can never have enough cookbooks! Good luck with the contest!
